  1. Day 1

    Arrivals and transfers in the afternoon, a first session of four meetings, opening at sunset.

  2. Day 2

    Eight meetings in the morning over two sessions, workshops in the afternoon, two catch-up slots in the early evening, dinner.

  3. Day 3

    Ten meetings over three sessions, closing evening.

The next day: staggered departures, transfers until 2 pm.

Who are the business leaders attending?

Leaders of SMEs who have declared an AI project, a budget range and a timeline. Every application is checked in a call before the invitation is confirmed.

How are meetings assigned?

Exhibitors state their fields, leaders their needs. Meetings are offered to both sides, confirmed, then sent with a brief 48 hours before each one.

What if a leader does not show up?

The slot is rescheduled during the edition whenever possible. Each meeting is followed on site by the organising team.

What if the edition does not take place?

If the go-ahead threshold is not reached by the announced date, the edition is cancelled and every purchase is refunded in full.

Are the dates and venue fixed?

The edition is planned for June 2027 on the Gulf of Ajaccio. Exact dates and venues are announced as soon as they are confirmed, and every registrant is told by email.

How do I pay?

By card online, on Stripe's secure page, in one payment or with a deposit when the offer allows it. An invoice is issued for every payment.
