How your schedule is built

  1. You give your criteria

    After booking, a form asks for your fields, the sectors and company sizes you target, when you are unavailable, and companies you do not want to meet.

  2. Leaders give theirs

    Each hosted leader states their needs, their availability and the providers they want to see.

  3. The schedule is computed

    Meetings are matched on shared fields and stated wishes. Nobody is in two places at once, a pair meets only once, exclusions are respected.

  4. You receive your schedule

    Thirty days before opening: your meetings, your slots, your table, and a calendar to import. Each leader's brief follows 48 hours before, if they agreed to share it.

Is the number of meetings firm?

The number of scheduled meetings is stated on your order. A meeting missed because of a leader is rescheduled during the edition whenever possible.

Can two of us come?

One package covers one participant. A second person can be added depending on available rooms: write to us before booking.

How does field exclusivity work?

On the Meetings package, only one provider is accepted per field. Your field is held during payment, then reserved once paid, deposits included.

What exactly is guaranteed?

The organisation of the scheduled meetings, the stay and the follow-up. Business outcomes depend on each conversation: no sales result is promised.

Who chooses the leaders I meet?

The schedule is computed from your criteria (fields, sectors, company sizes, companies to avoid) and the leaders' criteria (needs, wishes, availability). You receive your schedule 30 days before opening.
