Terms of sale

Version of 22 October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. Seller

MAIA, Mediterranean AI Assembly, offers are sold by NS Corp, SIREN 919 978 825 (the "seller"), contact: [email protected].

2. Customers

Offers are reserved for businesses acting for their professional needs. By booking, the customer declares that it acts in that capacity.

3. Offers and prices

Each offer is described on its page and summarised before payment. Prices are in euros excluding VAT. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code): the price excluding VAT is the price paid. Places are limited; the number left is shown in real time.

4. Booking and payment

A booking is firm upon full payment or payment of the deposit set for the offer. Payment is made by card on Stripe's secure page. When the booking form offers bank transfer, the customer may also pay by transfer on a purchase order: the place is then held for the period stated on the order and confirmed when the transfer arrives; without a transfer within that period, it goes back on sale. An invoice is issued for every payment. The balance of a deposit booking is due no later than 30 days before the opening; otherwise the place may be resold and the deposit is kept by the seller, unless the edition is cancelled.

Late payment: any amount unpaid by its due date automatically bears, from the day after the due date and without prior reminder, late-payment interest at the rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points. A fixed recovery fee of €40 is also automatically due (articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

5. Field exclusivity

On the Meetings package, only one provider is accepted per field. The chosen field is held during payment, then reserved upon payment, deposits included.

6. Scheduled meetings

The number of scheduled meetings is stated on the order. The seller organises them with leaders whose applications have been checked (best-efforts obligation). A meeting missed because of a leader is rescheduled during the edition whenever possible. No business result is guaranteed.

7. Go-ahead guarantee

If fewer than 30 exhibitors have registered by 28 February 2027, the edition is cancelled. If the edition is cancelled, every purchase is refunded in full, within 30 days of the cancellation being announced.

8. Dates and venue

The edition is planned for June 2027 on the Gulf of Ajaccio. Exact dates and venues are communicated as soon as they are confirmed. If the final dates do not suit the customer, a full refund of the amounts paid can be requested within 15 days of their announcement.

9. Cancellation by the customer

More than 90 days before the opening: amounts paid are refunded minus a retention equal to the deposit set for the offer or, for an offer without a deposit, to 30% of its price excluding VAT, up to the amounts paid. Less than 90 days before the opening: no refund. The customer may be replaced at any time by a person from the same company, at no cost.

10. Force majeure

In case of force majeure preventing the edition from taking place on the planned dates, the seller offers a postponement; if the customer refuses it, amounts paid are refunded minus the justified costs incurred for their stay. If the edition is cancelled, article 7 applies.

11. Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the price paid by the customer for the offer concerned. The customer remains responsible for its belongings and statements.

12. Image and communication

Photographs may be taken during the edition. A participant who does not wish to appear says so at the welcome desk. A sponsor's or exhibitor's logo is only used for the edition purchased.

13. Transfer of the contract

A company dedicated to MAIA is to be set up to organise the edition. By booking, the customer agrees that the seller may transfer the contract to that company (assignment of contract, article 1216 of the French Civil Code); the transfer takes effect on the date the customer is notified in writing. The company taking over the contract takes over all its obligations, including the refunds provided for in these terms. The price, the content of the offer and these terms remain unchanged, and invoices already issued remain valid.

14. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of the seller's registered office have sole jurisdiction.
