Privacy and cookies

Data controller: NS Corp, contact [email protected]. The French version prevails.

Data processed and retention

  • Bookings and invoices: identity, company, business contact details, billing address. Basis: contract. Retention: 10 years for accounting records.
  • Applications (hosted buyers, introducers, partners): information from the form. Basis: pre-contractual measures. Retention: 12 months after the last edition the application relates to.
  • Business-to-business prospecting: company name, published business address, public page of origin (source log). Basis: legitimate interest. One-click opt-out in every message. Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Meeting schedule: criteria given by each participant (fields, sectors, availability, wishes, exclusions). Basis: contract. A hosted leader's project, budget range and timeline are shared with the providers they meet only if they agreed to it in their criteria. Retention: 12 months after the edition.
  • Pre-bookings: identity, company, business contact details, offer concerned. Basis: pre-contractual measures. Retention: 12 months.
  • Admin console: address, audit log. Retention: 12 months.

Recipients and processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (emails about an order or an application), Google Workspace (dedicated sending inboxes for business-to-business prospecting messages), Instantly (warming up those sending inboxes), Neon (database, European Union), Hostinger (hosting, European Union), Cloudflare (protection and delivery), Anthropic (drafting assisted by AI agents, no sensitive data). Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Mervelia (AI training) receives a hosted buyer's name, company and email address only if they ticked the box asking for it in their application.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to [email protected]. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Only three cookies: the admin console session (MAIA staff), "maia_ref", which keeps an introducer's code for 90 days when you arrive through their link, to credit their commission, and "maia_src", which keeps for 90 days the site or link you came from, to count where applications and orders come from (no identifier). Visits are counted per page and per day, without cookies or stored IP addresses.
